He began his career as a Research and Teaching Specialist at the University of Technology and Life Sciences. He was a scholarship holder of the one-year UNESCO / IUPAC postgraduate course organized by the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague.
In 2014, he devoted his scientific career to the SHOPA project - Design Thinking Workspace, a space created to promote the methodology of design thinking among scientists and entrepreneurs. At the beginning he was the person responsible for administration, he was also a DT methodologist in 6 out of 19 implemented projects, and in the following years, he held the position of COO and CFO.
From 2016, he started to create a Technology Transfer Center at the University of Technology and Life Sciences, where he became the Chief Commercialization Specialist. This work brought him closer to the business world and deepened the ability to establish relationships with potential clients. In the meantime, he finished a course of the European Technology Transfer Broker.
Since 2017 he is associated with Pulinno as Project Manager and the Passio Group, in which he is responsible for the analysis of scientific, patent and marketing information.

Currently, She's leading the alliance efforts for Passio Group where we are on a mission to improve lives through healthcare innovation.
Her background in forensic genetics, management, and healthcare technology gives her a diverse, well-balanced skill set.
