We have to admit it sincerely. The Design Thinking methodology has a massive impact on a problem-solving process, understanding of market needs or product design and its usability. That is why it plays a big role in Passio Innovation Way process. This is what we have learned from using DT during our work.

Which of this 3 assumptions is wrong?
(answer below the text)

  1. The number and complexity of factors which we have to take into account during the new products, services or technologies creation are unembraceable.
  2. Company strength derives from its uniformity.
  3. Prototypingisaboutcreating a product which will work well.

Quality over quantity

As you can see quantities of information are stunning. What we have learned is that they are useless, until they come from an appropriate source. What we do is to search for qualitative data. The crucial step in Design Thinking method is to be able to empathize with your target user – to truly understand what they motive, expectations and intentions are. One of the key factors of successfully managed projects is that in Passio Group we go further that quantitive research – we seek for customized solutions after we are sure that we understand consumers desires.

Let’s think about it in a different way

One of the biggest threat to a business unit is a recurrence – beeing unable to look at problems from a different perspective. To some extent, approaching obstacles and overcoming problems in a copy – paste style is quite cozy. But from a business perspective is the beginning of the end.  We believe that to run a company from innovative industry, to create fresh cutting edge solutions we have to take into account as much differentiated viewpoints as possible. Passio Group is the place, where you’ll find specialist from fields connected with medicine, technology, art, design or even humanistic because only that is the guarantee of creative – idea generation friendly environment.

Go further than simple prototyping

Prototyping is a very demanding process. Still many think that it’s just about beeing able to construct it. „Our pre-prepared product is ready, it looks nice and it’s not falling apart – oh! and this green led light seems to work fine. Let’s celebrate our great success!” For us, prototyping is obviously connected with creating a physical product but it’s also about prototyping the unseen (but measurable) – the user’s experiences. Of course, its much more time consuming, but only then we have a strong conviction that out product (or service) is what client expect to receive.
